RAGE seqとは何か

Long readが必要なRNA-seqに有用な方法。UMIなどタグをつけたLibraryを２つにわけ、ひとつはNanoporeでLong readを読む。もう一つはIlluminaなどのShort readを読み、タグをもとにMergeしていく。
