技術者になるな クリエイターになれ 技術が高い人間ほど、給料が高い傾向にあります。高い技術を持つ人は、低い技術を持つ人に比べて希少性が高いためです。しかし、単一の技術を習得しても、その技術そのものが必要とされなくなることがあります。例えばレジ打ちがどれだけ早くしても、かごを乗せただけで商品のバーコードを読み取れる機械が普及すれば必要なくなります。ゲームのルール自体が変わってしまうことがあるのです。 ゲームチェンジャーになることです。 しかし、どの技術習得も無駄であるわけではありません。例えば楽器を奏でるという行為は高度な技術です。楽器を奏でることは人間だけでなくロボットでも可能なことです。しかもロボットのほうが遥かに正確であり、微妙な響きのようなものも人間にはできないテクニックが可能になるかもしれません。 しかし、演奏者は決して途絶えることはありません。たとえロボットのほうが美しく奏でても、人間が奏でること自体に価値があるからです。これはスポーツもそうです。100ｍ走は人間よりも車やバイクのほうがスピードが速いですが、だからといってその競技がなくなるわけではありません。 しかし、 また、料理の場合においても、冷凍食品のほうが早くて美味しいからと言って、調理技術の取得自体に意味がないわけではありません。料理を作る工程自体が楽しかったり、できた料理が自分の想像通りだったりするとそれ自体が喜びになります。 ただ、レジ打ちの技術を向上しても、おそらく

小さく失敗する 失敗というのは、成功のためのステップである。小さく成功すると、何が悪いのかわからないが、小さく失敗すれば、どこを改善すればいいかわかる。ただし、致命傷になるぐらいの失敗をすると後戻りができなくなる。

最近ブログを英語で書いているのだが、長文が全くかけない。しかし、日本語だったら（内容はほぼないものの）長文を書くことが可能になる。どうやら僕は思考から英語にすると全く長文が思い浮かばないみたいだ。ただし、思考を日本語にして長文を書き、それを英語に翻訳するとうまくいくみたい。だから今後はまず日本語を書き、それを英語に変換していくことにする。 I recently write my blog in English, but I cannot write long sentence in English. Evolution takes place by mutation and natural selection. More generally, mutation means “change”, and natural selection is just “selection”. We need to evolve if we want to be good.

This blog turns from Japanese to English, because I want to study English. SInce no one reads this blog, I don’t care about the quality of my English. But it is nonsense if i don’t write blog. Everyday I have no such a big event. But I need to write something everyday. Currently, I am addicted to Python.

I am reading this book now. 「超」入門 失敗の本質 日本軍と現代日本に共通する23の組織的ジレンマ The English title is “Essence of Failure”. This book discusses why the Japanese military lost in several wars. This book also discusses business, why Japanese companies are less innovative than American companies. I will try to summarize this book. The differences between Japan and the US are described below. Japan trades a lot for winning games. Japan did the same things until the skill became No.1. But, the US changed the rules of games, so Japan  cannot win in the game with new rules. Lesson : BE A GAME CHANGER. DO NOT BE A PROFESSIONAL. Strategy is to think about how to choose the tactics that leads to the goal. Even if you won temporarily, you will lose in the long run if you cannot understand why you succeeded.   Japan is a culture of training that refines one idea. But only thoese who can change the rules of the games win.

I added petrol in my Magna50. To examine fuel economy, I recorded the mileage. It’s 13475 km.

Cool Cons :( “Backspace” and “Instert” are very close. I often miss type. I never use insert key Alcantara is good, but it is easy to get dirty. My keyboard is already dirty. There is ten-key, so it is far to access a mouse. This is most cons for me. I want to cut ten-key.

 I take moterbike lesson from last week. I took day 3 and 4 lessons yesterday. Since I can ride manual moterbike, teacher make me to try difficult task. It was zigzag cource and narrow bridge course. It was very difficult for me. I got a cold sweat. I practiced many times, I could run whole zigzag cource and narrow bridge, although time is not enough to pass. I want a lisence as soon as possible.

現代日本政治史 ──「改革の政治」とオルタナティヴ (ちくま新書) Good. It was a very interesting book. This book  is about modern politics in Japan. Most of the characters (politicians) are alive, I know most of the people. After WWII, Japan had two big parties. LDP and SDP. LDP is classified as coservative, and SDP is reformist.LDP claims Self-Guard is constitutional, and supports Japan-US Security Treaty,  SDP is against these claims. However, the claims of SDP because out-dated, and next opposing axis became “Big”  or “Small” government. This conflict is being conducted inside the LDP. Some leaders claim Small government (like Koizumi), and some claim Big government (like Mori). So, most of the time, the LDP is the government party in Japan. The LDP Presidential election is more exciting than the general election. This is not so good for democracy, because only party members can elect the LDP presidential election, although all Japanese can elect general election. For

I often use Google keep extension and Google drive extension for Chrome. Google keep extension is used for keeping the website to see it later, or take notes when I read the website or article. Google Drive extension is used for saving PDF. I set the shortcut for these extensions. The shortcuts are Google keep Command (control ) + K Google drive Command (control) + S

Taste of coffee depends on the time from roast to drink. Shorter is definitely better.  It does not depend on price of coffee beans. So, it is good I buy raw coffee beans and roast in my home. 

 Japanese constitution was made in 1947, after WWII. SInce Japn lost WWII, US made this constittuion. The constitution can be changed by referendum, but it never changed. It's time to change the constitutuion.  It is quite natural to change rule, because environment changes. 

COVID-19 is definitely bad things for human being, but it was good that everybody understand the effectiveness of mask.  Japanese often use mask for prevension of allegy or flu. European and US people seldom used masks. But now, even president uses mask. This is good things.
